Insanely awesome group! They helped my wife and I with our first purchase, even after I through the mother of wrenches in it. We had gone with an initial lending company, but I was extremely unhappy with them nearly halfway through the process. I took the chance to switch up to Community Access Lending after a friend had referred Josh and his team. My realtor and I were nervous, but they took the ball and ran with it and made it happen. Again, insanely awesome resources, know-how, and capabilities to make things happen. Even better, they were able to reduce the payments more so than our previous lender. Definitely worth the call!

He was responsive to all emails and phone calls and updated all parties of the loan process from beginning to end. He was honest and efficient. Joshua Coomer is a great human being and an extraordinary lender. We had been on the process of getting approved for a loan since April. We went through 2 different lenders (lost a house we really loved) and both of them were a complete waste of our time. The seller recommended us to talk to Josh and so we did. When I first spoke to him he sounded very confident about closing the deal. 10 days after we started working with him he sent us an email saying "Congratulations your loan has been approved"...I couldn't believe it!!! He did in 10 days what the other 2 couldn't do in 7 months. We're so thankful he was recommended to us and I do recommend him to everyone who is reading this review.
