Joshua Coomer is a great human being and an extraordinary lender. We had been on the process of getting approved for a loan since April. We went through 2 different lenders (lost a house we really loved) and both of them were a complete waste of our time. The seller recommended us to talk to Josh and so we did. When I first spoke to him he sounded very confident about closing the deal. 10 days after we started working with him he sent us an email saying "Congratulations your loan has been approved"...I couldn't believe it!!!
